Little Dragons are the youngest of our students categories. Fun, basics, and fundamentals are the focus. Developing foundational movements that will transition into athletic enhancement all the while developing a strong base in fitness and martial arts technique.

3:45 - 4:15 pm (MON, WED)
A step up from the Little Dragons Program this class focuses on the importance of self discipline and developing a health and fitness life style, resulting in good habits that will last a lifetime. Check it out! The benefits are awesome, from athletic enhancement to self defense, this class has it all covered.
4:15 - 5:15 PM (TUE, THUR)
The most advanced of our classes, you will be challenged physically and mentally as we go more in depth into martial techniques refining knowledge and gaining further experience. Through this class, you will be able to call yourself true warriors.
5:00 - 6:00 PM (MON, WED)
A beginners class. Intermediate and advanced students welcome to join in to review old material and to be role models to the beginning students.
5:00 - 6:00 pm (TUE, THUR)
For those interested in learning the same life skills we teach, but not the martial arts part, this class is perfect for you!
Come in and learn how to do push ups, sit ups, and use what you learn throughout in many games we play!
4:15 - 5:00 PM (MON, WED)
Short and simple this class is for achieving your goals. Whether it is losing weight, building up muscle, or just becoming overall athletically more fit. Through a combination of intense functional movement exercises, self defense striking drills , and weight lifting to encourage neurological and hormonal changes in the body geared towards physical fitness, this class will forge you into a powerful athlete and teach you self defense skills all the while helping you achieve your goals.

Once the music starts, and the instructor hits the floor, you can feel the energy build. This is the program that combines fitness kickboxing, self defense, and conditioning, all in one class! You will sweat, kick, punch, and stretch your body’s limits all the while relieving stress, losing weight, and toning your body. Our class has variations like no other class around! Start working towards your goals and have fun while receiving striking, fitness, and self defense techniques.
